                  The inquiry includes obtaining all of the facts of the alleged incident, including the photos and video taken from the video security cameras of the alleged incident.

                   What do you do with this information?

                   We prepare a professioanl written report that will be delivered to the customer, and it will be classified as proprietary and confidential. The customer has the authority to release said report to whomever he desires.
